I began my journey as an art therapist over 10 years ago, shaped by personal challenges like alexithymia, allergies, Endo, PCOS, eating disorders, body dysphoria and intergenerational traumas. These experiences, along with specialized training, led me to develop an integrative, body-oriented approach.
I use tools like somatic art therapy, bilateral drawing, and phototherapy, weaving in mindfulness, shamanic journeys, and conscious movement. I also integrate clients' own practices—such as yoga, dance, qigong, or massage—supporting healing on all levels: body, mind, heart, and spirit.
I guide new art therapists in building their practices, helping them use their bodies as a tool in therapy and interpret visual expression meaningfully.
My work supports those navigating pain (chronic issues like Endo) and unexplained symptoms, infertility, inner conflicts, psychosomatic symptoms, body image issues, and the feminine identity.
Business-related issues (money, clients, stability),
Identity shifts (including immigration).
